In the past two years, we have successfully developed and implemented a unified intranet system to enhance collaboration and improve workflows across three office locations. Designed to provide employees with valuable tools and resources, the platform includes a centralized wiki and guidelines while accommodating location-specific content. By promoting a consistent language and structure, the system has simplified content management and increased accessibility, receiving positive feedback from employees who recognize its benefits. A key innovation is the integration of AI-driven features to facilitate teamwork and streamline processes. Additionally, we are developing a Manager Intranet as a specialized extension, granting managers access to tools tailored to their unique needs. This platform is designed in collaboration with in-house developers and aims to integrate external tools for goal management and performance measurement directly into the system. This session will share insights into the implementation journey, employee adoption strategies, and the roadmap for scaling the intranet system, with a focus on creating value for both employees and managers.
